OK - so my costume isn't quite THAT good - Technology can only do so much! :)

Why did you make a costume of this character?

For several reasons:
One, to my knowledge, no one had done a costume of any of Ken's characters, and his style of anthropomorphizing is unique and beautiful, yet realistic.

Two, I wanted to do a character that would be recognizable to a large fraction of Furry Fandom.

Three, this character was well matched to what I wanted to achieve with my first "full body, no holds barred, maximum realism" costume.

Yes, but you're a guy, why a female character?

Well, I like designing furry female costumes (femmesuits) and my wife, Candis, is not always available to be dragged around to model them.

In addition, when I designed these sexy costumes for my wife, naturally she got all the attention and I was barely noticed even when she redirected the credit all to me.

So I decided I wanted to get the attention and the credit directly.

In addition, it was an engineering challenge. I wanted to do a femmesuit without looking like "a guy in drag."

So, did it work?

Well, you the viewer will have to be the judge, but apparently YES. From personal interaction in the costume, I can tell that she is well appreciated.

Here are some larger pictures (with some minor retouching). The costume is very difficult to photograph with so much black fur.
