Desire and Will

The Will of God has often been thought of as a Directive, as Commandments, as Rules to be followed. Desire as often been thought of as human, and not always desirable, something to be gotten rid of in favor of God’s Will.

God would like to introduce a clarity here. Desire is not bad or wrong, or something to be gotten rid of, and God’s Will is not a force that contains directives which must be followed.

In God, Will and Desire are not separate. God as Mother/Father/Creator desired creation. God uses His/Her Will and all the Attributes that He/She/It is, to bring forth that Desired creation.

Using the analogy of an artist. Say you desire to paint, and you have a vision of a grand painting, one the likes of which mankind has never seen. You desire to bring that forth. From that desire, you use all of your attributes: your talents, your body, your efforts, your time, your mind, your intuition, your feelings, all that you are and have available, to realize that painting... to manifest it... to bring it to life.

“The same is true with Me. I use all that I Am, My Will, Light, Love, Energy, Mind, and Power, to name a few, to bring forth that which I Desire. In this case, Creation.

“Now Creation is vast, and part of my creating was to give life to you. I gave you the ability to create and realize yourselves. I gave you the freedom to be what is in your hearts, what you desire to be. My Will is not separate from your will in that sense. What is in your hearts to be, is in my heart for you also. I have given you the gifts, and the means, and the responsibility for manifesting that. That doesn’t mean I won’t help.

“Now there are guidelines for Creation, what you would call Cosmic Law. Those Laws are balance points if you will, which allow for the maximum amount of freedom and creativity for all. As a creator, I needed to provide a framework by which My creation could evolve itself.

“My Will is not so punitive, nor do I desire to be telling all in my creation what they should be doing in each and every moment. Ugh! That is not my Intention, Desire or Will. Once again, I use my Will, my Attributes, to realize my Desire(s), just as you do. My Desires are vast frameworks of creativity which bring forth Life.

“Now I do suggest that you attune to your hearts to know what you truly desire, which is different that what you think you need or want a lot of the time.

“Desire is not something to be gotten rid of, nor is my Will a set of rules which I expect you to follow and subjugate your will to. Simultaneously, being in alignment with Divine Law allows you the greatest efficiency in realizing your desires/will.

“The main points that I wish to make here are: My Will is not a set of commandments by which you will be judged and punished if you don’t follow. That is not My Will... my desire for you. My Will is part of My Beingness which I use to bring forth that which I have desired... creation... which includes your beingness and becoming.”

“My Will and Desires are in alignment. My Desire was; to be... to manifest Creation, and allow My Creation to evolve as I am evolving. I use my Will, my Light, My Love, My Power, My Consciousness, all That I Am, in service of that Desire. You can do the same.”
