Shamballa

Shamballa! The very name itself invokes feelings of awe and spiritual nostalgia in those who "remember" their visits to this special place. It was the home of Sanat Kumara when he served as Lord of the World, and is presently the home of Gautama Siddhartha, the former Buddha and current Lord of the World. It is far more, however, than just the home of the spiritual leader of this planet. It is home to the Great White Brotherhood and the Spiritual Hierarchy, as well as home for all those free souls who have gained their mastery through the ascension. But more importantly it is the core, or nexus, for those spiritual impulses that go forth for the enlightenment of every being upon the planet.

The Spiritual Hierarchy at Shamballa is administrated by a council of seven, headed by the Lord of the World. It consists of three Kumaras (known as the Buddhas of Activity) and three department heads: the Manu, the Christ and the Maha Chohan. The duties and goals of the Hierarchy are to interest, teach, guide and protect the children of earth, and eventually attract them into the Spiritual Brotherhood/Sisterhood where they can be trained to assume the offices and responsibilities held by current members. The Hierarchy of this planet is a miniature replica of the greater organization found within the governing body of the solar system.

At one time the actual physical city of Shamballa existed on an island in what was then the Gobi Sea, which is now the Gobi Desert. It has long since, however, sunk below the shifting sands of this remote place. The Shamballa of today is the beautiful City of Light located above the Gobi desert upon the etheric plane. It is identical to what the physical city was except it is now in a higher dimension, shining with the celestial light of the purest love. This holy city, with its golden domes and towering spires, emits a light of other realms even more brilliant than our beloved sun. With the inner eye one can plainly see the brilliant aureole of colors which, like a cosmic rainbow, illuminates the upper atmosphere for many miles in every direction, the intensity of the colors diffusing into the gossamer blues of the surrounding sky.

As one approaches Shamballa, the first thing that catches the attention is the deep sea of pure blue fire surrounding it. The city itself, with its golden domed temples and white minarets pointing heavenward, gives the impression of a white lotus suspended in a sea of blue fire. The only entrance is via a beautiful carved marble bridge over the "sapphire sea" connecting it with the etheric "mainland." Shoes are not worn in the city and all that approach it do so without wearing shoes or sandals.

Many visitors and "Beings of Light" can be seen making their way into and out of the city, intent upon various errands. Some bearing messages to the Chief, others hoping to secure a dispensation conferring upon them the authority to pursue a chosen path of service to mankind. Occasionally magnificent Beings, with auras radiant beyond description, make their way out of the city. We are told that they carry the radiation and spiritual blessings from Shamballa to the far corners of the earth.

As visitors place their feet upon the bridge, the powerful radiation from the sea of blue fire underneath is so intense that it is only by supreme effort of will that they are able to proceed. A guide informs them that the ability to control this energy is their "passport" into the city. Crossing the bridge, one's first experience is the presence of a powerful love-force that envelops all like a mantle. All are overwhelmed by the feeling of gratitude, which becomes the motive power that carries them forward in anticipation of the joy that pervades this City of Light.

After crossing the bridge, travelers find themselves walking along a magnificent tree-lined boulevard with a center island interspersed with rainbow colored fountains. At the end of the boulevard, and directly facing visitors, are the central temples which make up the sacred home of the Lord of the World, head of the Spiritual Hierarchy, and supreme authority for the evolution of all its people, both in and out of physical bodies.

The temple itself sits upon a high elevation, and is approached by marble steps. Grassy terraces, situated about every dozen steps, break the ascent. Each terrace is a verdant garden of gorgeous rainbow-hued fountains, with crystal clear water dancing through the air and playfully cascading down the sides. Gaily colored flowers adorn the sides and borders. The peace and beauty of the whole scene emits a radiation that portends of paradise. The silent going in and coming out of visitors bear witness to the activity going on in the heart of this temple of love.

Approaching the temple, one stands before a great door of tremendous height with golden filigree works reflecting the light of the spiritual sun. To the right of the door stands a golden vase, and as each approaches, a bouquet of his/her favorite flowers appear in the vase as if by magic. Adorned with a bouquet of their favorite flowers, visitors enter the great hall. The first thing observed upon entering is an enormous golden bowl sitting upon a beautiful ornamental table with some kind of heavenly elixir in it. Each is kindly offered a crystal cup of the elixir. Feeling refreshed and strengthened they await, with joyful expectancy, an audience with the Lord of the World.

After a short wait, the great doors of the inner chamber swings open and visitors are ushered in. The presence of love permeates every atom of one's being, and the peace of this holy place enfolds everyone like a warm and comforting blanket. The main temple is several hundred feet in length. From the vaulted ceiling over the altar is suspended the banner of Lord Gautama. The great Three-fold Flame is focused upon the altar, which is approached by marble steps in several tiers, so that the flame itself is a good twenty feet, or so, above the eye level of the audience. The entire chamber is a huge bower of the most exquisite flowers, which are even suspended from the ceiling and positioned around the long, exquisitely carved, windows. Sitting upon his throne is the Lord Himself, a beautiful, gentle, smile upon his face, the embodiment of what each of us must one day become.

Without any words being spoken we absorb the grace of His great presence. It is given to us to know that for this came He into the world, that we, seeing his Godliness, might become like him and manifest the will of the Father, who created all His children in love according to the one divine pattern. Bowing before him, each take their leave from these hallowed chambers, their feet hardly touching the ground, so exalted are they in feeling.

Sun's Pole Reversal Affects Everyone

At the heart of astrological premise is the idea that everything in the universe is connected. When you pick a flower, you disturb a star. When a star begins to act up, we all are affected in a most profound way.

The Sun has been acting with unprecedented outbursts of energy the last few months. Starting sometime in September 2000, the Sun has apparently been undergoing a mysterious and lively process wherein its north and south poles have switched their polarity. Being the delicate receptors of electromagnetic energy that we are, human beings have been affected at various levels by the changes in radiation from the Sun. For the first time, the satellite Ulysses has been orbiting the Sun, pole to pole, and has sent back data about this phenomenon.

In astrology, the Sun rules the Ego, or sense of self, at all levels of soul evolution, from the unconscious, self-centered neophyte, through disciples and up to spiritual avatars. The Sun stands as the source of life and sense of self. The Sun represents the ever-expanding fire of spirit that pours forth from the heart center of every entity on this planet, from humble one-celled organisms to the planetary logos itself.

The largest solar flare in 25 years erupted April 2, 2001. The Class A through X ratings measure the x-ray band. Each class is subdivided with measurements of 1 through 10. A Class X flare could be an X-1 or an X-10. The solar flare on that day was an X-17, which means it was off the scale.

This was followed by an X-22 some two weeks later, which may have indicated the completion of the pole-reversal process on the Sun. There has been much written lately about how we humans are evolving our strands of DNA beyond the two described by science. These two strands of DNA correspond heavily to the two rays of ego and soul that we normally respond to. The talk of developing new DNA strands is representative of the emergence of the 3rd, or monadic ray, that elicits response from those who are spiritually evolved enough to be on the path that seeks union with the monad, or overseeing spirit of many souls.

Science claims to have mapped all the genomes of the human chromosome, but they feel that certain amino acid sequences within the DNA of humans is "junk", in their words, and doesn't have any apparent function. This junk component is really responsive to magnetic energy, a fact not yet recognized by modern science. It is precisely this "junk" DNA that is responding to the changes in the Sun's radiation, and to the ascension into 4th dimensional consciousness of the human race.

From "Esoteric Psychology, by Alice Bailey, Volume I, pp238-239, the Master DK says:

"A very apposite question might here be asked: What determines the ray which should govern or predominantly influence any or all of the various kingdoms in nature? It should be remembered that every kingdom, viewing it as a whole, is an entity, and (from its form side) the sum total of all forms constitutes that entity's body of manifestation. In the last analysis also, the aggregate of self-initiated influences, or the magnetic radiation of that particular kingdom, is an expression of that entity's basic quality or qualities, the aura of that entity's personality. Two rays govern each kingdom in nature, except in the case of the vegetable kingdom, where three rays indicate the nature of that kingdom's life.

"Students will possibly find it helpful to consider this problem from the angle of analogy, and to realize that they (as well as every other human being) are governed or actuated by two rays, i.e., the personality ray and the egoic ray. After the third initiation, the disciple has three rays active in him, for the ray of the Monad begins then to make its presence felt.

"An analogous condition is found in all the kingdoms in nature. Two rays are dominant in each kingdom, but in the vegetable kingdom three rays control, for that kingdom is more evolved (along its own peculiar lines) than any other. What might be regarded as the monadic ray of the Life of that kingdom is functioning. This whole matter must not be viewed from the standpoint of human consciousness, and the human standards of unfoldment and of awareness must not be regarded as holding prominent place in this evolution of divine life. This living entity has a different objective to the Life which informs the fourth kingdom in nature. Nevertheless three basic logoic influences, three major breaths, or three ray vibrations account for this kingdom's life-quality and appearance".

The third ray is always Ray 6. It is easy to see this devotional quality in any plant, as they always reach towards the Sun in a resonance of ecstatic union. The mix of new energies coming from the Sun, plus enormously high energy gamma ray impacts that are coming from outside the galaxy are changing each one of us right now at the electron level, as all of our atoms pick up their vibratory rate. You may have noticed a lot of people in crisis or big transitions right now. The increased energy strains everything in a person, like the stresses on a rocket as it tries to break free of Earth's gravity and get into orbit. As the poles of the Sun shift, so energy shifts in us. Any weakness will be exposed, be it physical, emotional, mental or spiritual. Everyone is dealing with their "stuff". In so doing, we build and strengthen our monadic ray.

Andre Balogh, from Imperial College, London, who is Principal Investigator for the Ulysses magnetometer, describes the condition of the Sun. Try applying the Sun's struggle analogously to your own. "In the past few months, the direction of the magnetic field observed by Ulysses fluctuated between the old and the new. Even now there are periods when the old polarity is still present. Clearly, a struggle is going on in the Sun's magnetic field, with freshly emerging new polarity regions racing towards the polar regions, encountering the slowly decaying older polarity regions. We know that the new polarity will win through, but the battle is still on for another few months." (written in March, 2001).

Viewed from the Earth, the Sun's magnetic field seems to have already switched. At the ESLAB symposium last October, Todd Hoeksema from NASA headquarters reported that ground-based observatories had already noticed the change.

Balogh points out, however, that the Earth is not the ideal vantage point to see what happens at high heliolatitudes. We are witnessing a complex process in which different phenomena signal reversal processes at different times and in different ways. This is why Ulysses, flying over the polar regions, is much better placed to observe the disappearance of the old magnetic polarities and the appearance of the new.

The Ulysses probe continues to weather the effects of numerous solar storms churned up by the magnetic turmoil welling up from deep within the Sun's interior. These storms release large numbers of energetic particles that stream away from the Sun.

One particularly strong solar storm occurred around midnight on November 8 last year (note: this was the night of ballot counting in the presidential election). Spacecraft in orbit around the Earth recorded large numbers of energetic particles generated by it. The surprise was that Ulysses also detected the storm's effects at about the same time.

Most of the activity on the Sun is taking place around 200 north. Another surprise is that we're seeing almost identical signatures over the pole. The highly energetic particles must cross magnetic field lines to reach such high latitudes, which suggests that the field lines must be very tangled up.

If this sounds like your life lately, you are responding and growing and that's the highest path we can take right now. Even planet Earth is responding to the changing magnetic environment with rapid changes in the location of the north pole. Moving westerly at an average rate of 6.2 miles per year, the position of magnetic north changed 600.2 miles, or approximately 8 degrees of longitude, between 1894 and 1994. Since 1994, the position of magnetic north has moved close to one degree of longitude in less than a decade.

As we move through our daily lives, how can we humans cope with the rapidly shifting poles and the Sun's bursts of wild energy in the form of solar flares? Coping methods for humans include drinking lots of water and resting when feeling tired are simple but effective. As part of daily meditation, spend at least a few minutes just feeling the energy raising the vibration of your body and whole being. This shifting has been occurring for eons, it is just happening faster at this time, and we are quite sensitive to all the activity of the universe because we are becoming more and more aware of our place in it. Enjoy the journey.

It is most likely that the pole-reversal process has taken place every 11 years along with the rest of the sunspot cycle. Think back 11 years, then 22 years etc. to see if there is any similarity of pattern to today's energies. With the present outburst, several other cycles line up, including the entrance into the 6th world as measured by the Mayan calendar, and the arrival into the Age of Aquarius, as happens every 25,000 years. There ought to be a lot of interesting things going on during the next solar pole reversal in 2012. From a cosmic viewpoint, these changes are instantaneous. From our perspective, we can see these changes in ourselves, our lives, and in the Earth and her weather. In reality, we are the changes.

A Time of Opportunity

I am that I Am that you have long sought to know and express in your being. I am the eternal light of your soul and beyond to the source, to the One Source. We have never been separate you and I, but in this dimension, in this veiled seeming separation you have not known me. You have not had conscious contact with me. You have had only glimpses of me through your inner senses, through your intuition, and moments of inspiration. You have known me through your heart's desire, through your hopes and dreams.

This is of course me urging you on. Urging you on toward the divinity that you are, to the total expression of the infinite creators that you are, that we are. When you truly listen to your feelings and to your mind, I am revealed as you. Those are my communications to you. The vehicles of mind and emotion are the vehicles of expression of Source.

Of course, there are many levels of mind and emotions and feelings. Learning to distinguish the voices of your so called ego, or other selves that are incarnated throughout the universe and time takes a bit of listening. Of paying attention, and a willingness to explore and open yourself to your multidimensional being. And of course, you, as an incarnated being must allow and have a structure that supports such exploration of your being.

You, as a race, are entering upon this inner recognition of your true multidimensional nature. At least many of you are in the so called modern civilizations. Your ancient or third world countries have a different path of access shall we say. They have the roles of their myths and shamans to explore, and they have their connection to the earth in a way that 20th century man has forgotten.

You have total choice as to how you wish to create yourselves here. As you align yourself with me, you incorporate my desires for expression as your desires for expression. There is no separation from--within us. I call forth or I call back all my expression that I have created and given autonomy back into the absolute knowing of my being, and through me you know the Source. Much like the Christ, through the Christ you may know the One.

It is a right of passage, shall we say graduation, of graduating from one level or expression of your being to another. In this sense a more comprehensive or inclusive expression of all that you are, and of the Source, which is all that there is.

I am that part of you that Source dreamed of so long ago, as each of you are. Now each of you dream of the Source once again, to remember and know the source of your being, and how all this has come about, and the joyous expression of life that has manifested around you, if you open your hearts and minds to see it.

Humanity is ready to do so. You have had enough of the violence, of the crime, of the ways of greed and separateness. You sense within the very core of your beingness that there are better ways to live. And indeed there are. Your hearts cry for world peace. Your hearts cry to end the suffering. For God is suffering in each of you that suffers, and this is against the very nature of His being. For God is joy and love, and the highest qualities of being that you can imagine. Of course He is also much more. He is the sciences: He is the elements. He is in each drop of water, each breathe of air. He simply is, All That Is; each thought , each hope, each child.

Now you know this and you wish to live as God knowing beings, expressing the truths of His being, living in harmony with All That Is. You feel the inner intention of His will as your own will. Your will toward peace, and good will toward all, toward everything. We would expand the intention of good will to include your earth, your animals, and all the life upon this most beautiful of planets. Then reach up to the heavens where others of all kinds dwell, and extend your love up there to the heavens so that the angels, and the Pleiadians, and the Arcturians may all know that you are ready to join the universal family of beingness. So they will know that you know that you are of one family, of one consciousness. Uniquely yourselves, and at the same time a divine expression of All That Is, and all is connected.

No one is in any way separate from anything else. Your sciences have brought you this awareness. Your earth is telling you this through its environment. You cannot disregard the integrity of another and not have it effect your integrity as a being, even to the point of destroying your own life. You are remembering these truths, and we wish only to help you remember and bring forth that which is in your heart and minds to do. You have called us forth. You have called us back into your awareness. You have the will and means to create that which you so wish to do: peace upon this planet, abundance for all, and the means to live your lives to your highest vision of joy, and meaningful lives in all your relationships. And by relationships we mean with yourself, with others, and with God.

Now I am that I Am and I bring you these hopes, and hopefully wise words which are your words made manifest to you once again. They are not new words. You have spoken these thoughts to yourselves throughout the centuries through many divine gifted teachers. We just once again bring forth to your waking consciousness the words and thoughts that are yours. For you wish at this very special time in your history, in your current now moment, to make the leaps necessary as a culture and as a society to radically depart from the ways of separateness. You wish to join once again with the inner truth and expression of your hearts and minds.

You have been striving and building to this point, and this is a moment of opportunity for each of you as the heavenly bodies bring their influence upon your planet. As the heavenly bodies who are divine expressions of Source bring their rays of influence upon your planet, you have the opportunity to join in the grand experiment of life in a most joyous harmonious way with the birthing of the Christ consciousness in your solar system, upon your planet.

The planet is ascending. What does this mean? It means that you are ascending. It means that your bodies are ascending. It means the very cellular consciousness of being is ascending, is incorporating more of the light into the very structure of this being. God is bringing His omnipotence into the very fabric of His created world. Spirit in matter.

These are grand ideas, and much has been said to you through your channels, and there is much be to be said in bringing the full awareness of what these concepts mean. And of course there are many ways and interpretations of this creation that you are creating my friends. I only wish to bring you glimpses of that which you have embarked upon. For it is up to each and every one of you to chose, to create, to bring forth that which is in your hearts. Your dharma, your path, your qualities of being that are your unique and special gifts to All That Is. Now is a time of divine opportunity.

Each moment of your being is a moment of divine opportunity to be who you truly are. Feel inside, let go of the fear, let go of the doubts for just a moment. Give your yourselves a moment of peace, of unconditional peace to experience yourselves. Feel the beauty of who you are. Then trust in that, and allow that person to come forth in all that you do. Yes, it is scary at first to be that vulnerable in your societies. You feel as though you will be eaten alive, or not seen for who you truly are, that you will be crushed for being who you are. But allow in the privacy your home, in the privacy of your mediations, or with a loved one, a moment of peace, or uninhibited expression of your being. First to yourselves then to another just to experience yourselves once again as you truly are, and how we experience you, as love, as brilliant beings with wonderful gifts from Source. Then build upon those moments choice by choice, to live from that place within you; in love and light from all that you are.
