Greetings to those of you who have chosen to be present as a vehicle for that which is expressed by the overall intention of peace, joy, bliss, good will, and the manifestation of heaven upon earth. Of the joining of Mother-Father-Creator in Heart.

There are many religious and philosophical models. Each model in its own way contains truths and distortions. Those truths point to a hope and a vision. That vision is of peace, brotherhood, and the recognition of the divinity of man and of all life as an expression of Life, capital L.

Bring your attention to that universal life consciousness and realize It has given rise to all form, all life streams. Each stream in its own right is an evolving aspect of Father-Mother-Creator. This is the oneness which is often spoken about, and it is the oneness which is to be found here on earth, as well as in that which you perceive as the lofty domains of spirit.

Altered or expanded states of consciousness can give you the experiential feeling of that oneness, but what I wish to point to is this; that oneness is an experience which you can have through experiencing your connectedness to the plants, the animals, other humans, and still remain in your "I'ness". These are ways of recognizing and knowing your connectedness to All. This will inevitably lead to the realization of the sacredness of all life, and the respect for all life.

This understanding, the connectedness and sacredness of all life, is at the core for manifesting brotherhood. When I say brotherhood, I include the earth, the animals, the plant kingdom, as well as the human kingdom.

Love is the means. Love is the source of brotherhood. Love contains many divine attributes. Love dissolves strife. When you hold love within your heart, your being, your aura, and you allow that love to radiate out and see others in that same essence, then there is a profound connection, a recognition of the divinity of life, and the divinity which stands before you.

The message of brotherhood needs to be heard numerous times. Shall we say, it is like a star in the heavens, which you continually focus on as a light guiding your way. The immediate goal for mankind is to continue making choices which guide humanity along the path of manifesting peace, joy, and brotherhood,

Within that ideology of brotherhood are concepts of equality, standards of living, freedom of choice, liberty for all upon the planet, and quality of life. This has been one of the intentions and goals of the hierarchy for quite some time. God himself has desired for humanity to manifest peace, and there ought to be no question that the Mother is most desirous of ending suffering, cruelty, and oppression. For She and all others suffer by its manifestation and presence upon the earth, or anywhere else for that matter.

Spirit is manifesting through each and every one of you. Each and every one of you are that Divine I Am in form. It is that Life within which you are. And it is love, beingness, and an aspect of the Mother-Father-Creator. Note that I did not say that you are All That Is, but each one is a divine spark. Those sparks are so vast and limitless that from your waking personality point of view, it is indeed God like, made in the image of God.

Attune to the vibration within you which is of love and light, recognizing that this energy is everywhere, and through it you can attune to everything, everyone, anywhere. Through the matrix which Love and Light is, all can be experienced and communicated with. It is your instant messaging system to everything in a way which allows you to perceive, and in a much fuller way than a two dimensional representation such as TV and video. Overall, humanity's more likely evolutionary path will be one of consciousness interacting with the multidimensional aspects of energy and matter. As an example, you may use telepathy instead of picking up a phone or sending an e-mail, whether that email be over copper wire or fiber optics.

Even with the advancement of all your technologies, progress will be relatively meaningless if humanity does not learn to elevate the quality of its relationships as individuals and nations. In other words, through all levels of relationship, that which evolves between you and your mates, between different economic strata, between different religious groups, and professions, etc.

As you know, it becomes increasingly important with the advancement of technologies that the intentions become more crystallized along the lines of brotherhood, love, and cooperation. Ideologies of nationalism, or other ideologies which tend toward separation, will not serve in the long run.

In purpose and intention, these ideologies of separation are to protect, preserve, and honor an individual and an individual's way of life. However, it is not by exclusion or isolation, or by turning your back upon the world, that true brotherhood and cooperation will be achieved.

The greater the harmony, love and good will each individual, city, country, and nation is able to embody and put into action, the greater the opening will be for creating heaven upon earth. This will allow what we will categorize as spirit to pour down its gifts from these other dimensions into your reality.

You have many examples of this. Through the intuitive and other means, many breakthroughs in science and other fields have been made. It is through these processes (and humanity's effort), that the gifts of spirit will be brought through and made available to mankind.

It is not by technical advancement alone that humanity's quality of life will be raised. What I wish to emphasize is that the quality of living will continue to rise as you also embody love, brotherhood, and the emotional and mental connection to the earth and all others. There is a weaving there, a synergy.

The hierarchy can only go so far without the cooperation of humanity. Indeed we can only enhance and follow your lead, your intention. As your intention towards peace and well being grows in desire, so is the universe able to respond with its gifts.

This is rather a daily task is it not? It is a task which is played out not only on a world wide scale, but also in your personal daily life. It is what you do with each other, as well as where you feel motivated or inspired to lend your hope, love, and effort on the behalf of world causes and events. Each has a part to play.

Peace. Peace on earth, good will to all life. Recognition of the divinity of all life, and the rights of all life to manifest the divine light within them. Each is unique. Each is special. You are special, each and every one of you. Let love pour forth. Let love be manifested within you, and let that love shine forth in all that you do.

Grounded Light Workers

We are in a time of great change, and many people are finding themselves on a spiritual quest or deepening the spiritual track they have already been following. As we seek the higher path, that is, a spiritual way, we sometimes forget that we have a body and need to be grounded in order to function well on this earth. It is not easy to be in the world and spiritual at the same time, but for anyone who is living a spiritual life, it is essential.

What does it mean to be "grounded", anyway? A quick look at the dictionary shows almost two- dozen interpretations of the term. Some are not so pleasant. For instance, the average teenager dreads being grounded, as does any pilot, and only a very poor sea captain would run his ship aground. However, if you want to prove something in court, you need legal grounds to do so. Sometimes there are grounds for suspicion, and soldiers must hold their ground against an enemy. If you went to a nice resort, you could explore the grounds surrounding the buildings.

All of these definitions have some implication with Earth, or at least the here and now and being connected to the physical plane; i.e., your own body and how it moves about on this Earth. This is a concept associated with Saturn, and the number 4. Carl Jung says that natives in the bush and crowned royalty have dreams incorporating the same basic symbols. Dreaming of a square or rectangle with four sides is representative of the physical plane, as viewed from the vantage point of the soul. We are all familiar with the four directions as representative of Earth living. The four cardinal points of the day are sunrise, noon, sunset and midnight, which define our sense of time, along with the four seasons that delineate our sense of epoch and successive generation. When I was growing up, someone who was hopelessly clueless was a "square"; yet, on the other hand, the winner of honest competition was said to have won "fair and square".

All of these examples are images of Saturn. Saturn holds us to reality, allowing each of us to learn from trial and error. The lesson in doing something over and over creates the pattern of discipline. Conducting one's life in a disciplined manner is a true mark of a spiritual person. Saturn gives us gravity and the responsibilities of life. Saturn makes us pay from mistakes, so we can learn and grow, to someday be our own creator of forms. Saturn returns practice with a skill and rewards experience with wisdom. Saturn presents us all with our karma, both individual and collective.

One of the most common criticisms of someone on the spiritual path is that they are not "grounded". They appear uncomfortable with saturnine things. Good-hearted people with good intentions can thwart their own goodness because they are not grounded. Symptoms of ungroundedness include the inability to focus on or complete mundane tasks such as paying bills before deadline, balancing the checkbook, remembering or being on time for appointments and just plain not being "here". Even a fascination with a disastrous end or glorious ascension of the world may be more interesting than being here right now. It is not easy being grounded, yet it is harder for the rest of the mundane world to take people who are not grounded very seriously.

In Arizona, we have very powerful thunderstorms that move through during "monsoon" season, which is typically in July and August. When I put an antenna on the roof to improve FM reception, I had to attach the mast to a grounding rod. This aluminum rod is five feet long and is pounded into the Earth so that only the top two inches are above the soil. A thick, aluminum wire is attached to this rod, and to the mast of the antenna. This way, if the antenna is struck by lightening, the electric current will flow into the Earth instead of my stereo system. Actually, from a purely physical standpoint, a lightening strike will pull electrons out of the Earth up to the cloud that produced the lightening bolt. A fully grounded Lightworker is just like this system. He/she would be like the stereo receiver, using their psychic sensitivity, opening up to the flow of the One Creator in order to be just like the antenna, receiving radio waves that are invisible but still carry an important signal; the message comes out via speakers or headphones, and the grounding rod keeps everything connected to the Earth.

Someone newly directed to the spiritual path can't help but be caught up in his or her own feelings, urges and thoughts. In striving to control their lower nature, it is easy to become preoccupied with struggle and appear self-absorbed, another common criticism from the mundane world. Being interested in, and paying attention to, other people is a sign of spiritual advancement, akin to a teenager approaching young adulthood when he/she realizes that other people in the world have their own point of view.

Angels and ascended masters have spiritual vision we can only imagine, but human beings have something these great beings don't, and that is a physical body. This body is what we use to affect change on the physical plane. The spiritual hierarchy is always trying to move humanity forward, but it has to work by influencing people who are sensitive enough to receive suggestions from a higher source, and then grounded enough to have some effect on the physical world. In particular, Light Workers must be grounded so that the healing work they do can come through to assist others. Someone perceived as being grounded has a better chance to find a ready ear when voicing spiritual insights. Being grounded is not some mysterious, hard-to-attain state. A grounded person is simply "present", paying attention, tuned in to everything; themselves and everything around them.

How then, can one become more grounded? Being "grounded" is another way of saying "conscious". Anything that promotes consciousness, at any level will help. One of the positive effects of Saturn is the ability to maintain a discipline. Indeed, discipline and disciple have the same word root, from Latin discipulus, pupil, from discere, to learn. At the spiritual level, there is no substitute for meditation. Sitting in a peaceful spot, preferably in a natural setting, but at least in an undisturbed seat indoors, and simply being peaceful is something anyone can do. Meditating on a daily basis, close to the same time, becomes a discipline and is at the heart of progress. At the mental level, reading something spiritual every day is both mind-expanding and uplifting. East Indian tradition dictates a visit with a Holy Man or ascetic every day, but reading something written by a Holy Man or Woman makes a good substitute. Absorbing the ideas of others further along the path will raise the reader's vibration. Emotionally, it is of great value to engage a friend in conversation and simply listen, without judgment, to what they have to say. Listening to someone else's troubles will lighten your own and teach compassion. Both of you will feel better.

The above-mentioned activities all contribute to making a disciple "centered". This involves exercising the upper four chakras of the human system. Grounding involves utilizing the lower three chakras. To make physical progress, disciplines abound in great variety. Martial arts, aerobic activities, weight training, and even just plain walking are all ways to get in touch with the body, in addition to the health benefits involved. Anything that involves using the body will suffice, such as gardening, sewing, dusting, or even changing the oil in your car. For a great many people in our convenience-oriented culture, eating is the only grounding activity they partake in. Approaching daily activities and chores in a methodical and thoughtful way is a very grounding activity. Things like cleaning the cat box or washing dishes are candidates for such work. In the Zen tradition, monks were admonished that "no work means no eating", a reference to working in the fields during a time when people grew their own food.

At the turn of the century, when Theosophy was getting established, vegetarianism was de rigueur, as disciples sought to elevate themselves above the coarseness of the time. Nowadays, there are so many souls here who have evolved on other worlds, and who are so ephemeral and other-worldly that eating some fish, free-range chicken or organic beef on occasion can help them get the strength and substance it takes to have an impact here. Likewise, sex has been regarded as one of the first things a disciple renounces when on the spiritual path. Regular lovemaking with a committed and loving partner has many benefits besides connecting the body to our Mother Earth.

The truly grounded person is fully conscious. They have their head in the stars, their feet on the ground, and their heart open to everyone. This is truly the ideal lightworker, the developed human, the enlightened soul we strive to be.

It is no easy task to manifest the divinity of your being, to fully remember and bring forth as a persona the spark of your divine I Amness within the physical dimension. If it were easy, it would have been accomplished some time ago. Humanity and earth would be in a different state of being for sure. It is the whole package, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, and not only for one or two individuals, but for all, who will accomplish the manifestation of their divinity in form.

That is the task. You are remembering it was once said, that to accomplish an ascension for one or two individuals would be a relatively easy process. But for six billion, it is a task which has occupied those of us in the hierarchy and other dimensions for quite some time. The task will be accomplished through a deep profound compassion which recognizes the love, the spirit, the being which each of you are, and also through feeling and knowing the separation which exists between you as individuals and personas, and the soul life and those sparks of divinity that you are.

Waking up, remembering, embodying, manifesting: these are all steps within the process of what it means to once again remember who you are, what you are, and to heal on enough levels to bring your divinity fully through in your present 'now' moment. Each and every one of us has created our own separation from Source, and that is amplified by the collective consciousness and the earth plane dimension which you dwell in.

The separation is reinforced by what has been called the mass hallucination, Maya. That hallucination is quite real and unreal at the same time. Hence the very real complications and difficulties for humanity to achieve liberation, freedom and healing. Eventually, you will accomplish and create heaven upon earth, which is your full divinity embodied in your physicality.

It is a message which will need to be repeated a number of times. It is that shinning light which we forever keep our eye upon as we weave our way back to our divinity. I was going to use the image of light as a path and the goal for humanity. But the path is not as clearly marked as a shinning light which we can see as the goal. The process is constantly unfolding, and has many twists and turns which requires you to continually attune to yourself., and to that which is in this case the goal.

The process, the path, and the work is through your own beingness. It is not through something external to yourself. That is perhaps a point worth remembering. For we often wish to externalize a path as a set of rules, or a set of meditations or exercises which if done properly take us to the next step. While that can be part of the process, the process is working with yourself.

Your beliefs, your emotions, your energies are contained within you. That is the process and the path which is why its not so easy to simplify or boil it down to any particular synthesis, or any single technique.

In the technique of guided meditation, each meditation may be around a particular subject matter, but for each who does the mediation, the experience is unique. And that is the point, for each to have their own unique experience. That is the work and healing process. That is the gaining of knowledge about yourself, and the whys and the hows of what you are creating and bringing forth, and shall I say not only the negative should be emphasized, but the positive. For you do manifest your joy.

There is as much to be learned from manifesting your joy as there is from delving into your injuries or your pain. Let us not leave any aspect of ourselves out of the picture, for truly that is again where we will have to look. It is by embracing all aspects of your being that healing, freedom, growth, and wisdom can be held within your being.

As I have said you can learn from everything. There is not right and wrong in this context. You can learn from all your choices and see the effects and consequences of your choices, and then choose again.

In the past we've used the analogy of tacking a sailboat. The path is never straight for very long before a curiosity, an impulse, or another aspect of your being needs your attention. Then you are pulled this way to explore one, to heal another, and to enjoy a third. Then again tacking back into the soul intention. Following that intention you see how those choices manifest in your being, how you grow and how they evolve in your life, and what opportunities present themselves. Again and again choosing, creating who you are in your 'now' moment.

You are continually free to recreate and rechoose. This is important. You are free to continually recreate yourself. There isn't judgment. Well, there is judgment, you are judging yourselves. "I watched too much TV today when I could have read a book, or I could have gone for a walk." While it is of great value to use your time well, what that means in each moment can best be discerned by paying attention to yourself.

When you have what has been called desire on the personality level, take a moment to check those desires out. What are their deeper impulses? What may be truly desired is a walk in the sunshine, a time for recuperation and acceptance of your being in the moment that is not dependent upon further study and doing. For you see, there is a great gift in that. There is a great healing in that. Then you again choose to do, knowing that your doing is part of your creativity, part of your learning, part of your gifts, part of what brings you joy. You can do from a place of centerness and wholeness within yourself.

Then again you can choose, paying attention to that which brings you joy, true joy, true satisfaction in your being, that which makes you feel alive and enlivened. As you know that is part of your path, part of your work, part of your beingness.

Learning to attune to your true joy is of great value for you and is a powerful way to live your life. You will make mistakes, if such a thing really exists, for you can learn from your mistakes. "Ah that isn't where I wanted to go. What I really felt was_______." Underneath that initial desire was this longing, and spending time getting in touch with this longing was needed, is needed.

Perhaps you were not even aware of the longing or the desire beneath the external stimulus or desire. "I long for companionship, or a conversation with a friend. I long to nourish myself and my being and feel like I belong here. I desired to see how far I could stretch my consciousness, to be limitless." All are true and valid. One desire need not be at the expense of another. There is time and freedom for all those desires or impulses, the true desires and expression of your being.

The conditions of earth are many and varied, from peaceful mountain tops to the hustle and bustle of your cities, from over stimulated to depression. No matter what state you find yourself in, you can always sit and attune inward, paying attention to those energies. Either working with them directly, or through visualization or other techniques you can change your energetic state in the moment. You can ground yourself in your eternal I Amness which is always of love, support, compassion, aliveness, and beingness, independent of any external circumstances or qualities.

This is not meant to ignore, override, or dismiss the uncomfortable energies or feelings which you may be experiencing. However, you can return to a place of centerness and wholeness which hopefully will give you perspective, understanding, and a place of wholeness and strength to deal with any difficulties you are facing.

Once again it is attuning inward, acknowledging the divinity that you are, and drawing upon that to help you live your life here as a persona that can be of such great value for you. Indeed miraculous changes are possible with the connection to and the knowing of that which you truly are.

From a previous channeling I received this image of a river which I thought would fit right along with the idea of attuning to our true inner desires.

Image a river, but it is a vertical river where love and light can flow into your being. As you flow up this river, see the possibilities of your life. See how the potential expressions are holographically surrounding this river, this column of light. As you ascend the column of light and it downpours, you can pick and choose that which feels the most enlivening and truthful for your system in this now moment. That which would serve the good of all, and those which would be the greatest gifts for your being.

This is our gift, the river of love and light flowing through your being. All the way through, all the way through to the earth. All the way through to your life, to the cells, to the molecules, to the events of your being. See it all as spirit. See it as energy consciously responding and manifesting for your highest good, and for the highest value fulfillment of your being.
