Individual and Collective Healing, By Raymond Wolf
Greetings to the World "Feel the light, the love radiating from your heart, sending your love, your beingness outward in all directions simultaneously, greeting the universe and its inhabitants with your essence. I am here and I rejoice at being with you. I am emanating my love, my light, my support to all that I come into contact with. I am a god spark from the One Source. I incarnated in time and space for the betterment of all mankind, for the enrichment of my soul, my Divine I Am, for the glorious expression of Source, and the divine expression of Source that I am. I create myself now in total harmony, in peace, in joy, in power, and in infinite expression of Source. I join my heart and my mind in oneness. I give expression to my I Am Presence, my Beingness." These thoughts were given as a way for me to start my day. A greeting if you will to all. A way of honoring myself and an intention to hold these thoughts with all that I come into contact with. It sounds so simple, to go about our daily lives realizing ourselves and honoring other. But clearly, that has not been the case. With the turn of the millennium, many were hoping there would be an end to war, that finally, humanity had begun to turn toward peace. However, today, as much as ever, we are faced with conflict. Whether it is on a world scale, or in our personal lives, it does not appear that we/humanity are making a lot of progress. And yet the hope for peace, brotherhood, abundance, and loving relationships still resounds in our hearts and longs for fulfillment. How do we reconcile the love and hope we feel within our being, and the outward state of affairs? How are we to heal? Love as an archetype is an intelligent conscious force which includes our emotions and feeling, but also embodies our ideals of brotherhood, right relationship to other, fulfillment as beings, and much more. As has been said, God is Love, and I would add, Love is the foundation for Life. I believe each and everyone of us, from all walks of life, through all economic and social strata, all religious beliefs or non beliefs, each in their own personal way touches places within their being that knows this Unconditional Love. This Unconditional Love extends to each and every one of us, and to all life. By whatever name we give it, on some deep level we are capable of expressing and receiving that Love. We seek to bring that archetypal Love into our lives and our relationships...to express, experience, receive, and know that Love. It is a triumph of being. It is this tug between what we feel is possible for fulfillment and our utopian ideals for humanity, and the outer circumstances of our lives that creates such a great schism between our hopes and our reality. Unconditional Love takes the shapes of our hopes, our dreams, our inner desires, and our innocence. As this Unconditional Loving nudges us on, we often feel the pain and disappointments of the way we have lived, and the missed opportunities in our relationships. We may feel empty, sad, resentful, rejected, or any other number of emotions that indicate there is more to life...more for us to experience...more for us to express and become. More for us to know about the inherent joy within life, and our beingness. This inspired Love nudges us on, to grow and to release that which no longer serves the highest expression of our being. It says: Here is your pain. Here is your anger. Here is your sorrow and disappointment in yourself and others. Here is your chance to heal and go beyond your disappointment in yourselves and others. Here is your opportunity to forgive yourself and others. Heal, and learn to love. Be the Love that you are. Under this canopy of Unconditional Love, I believe there is a relationship between our personal conflicts and outer world events. The scale is of course is immense, and the line of cause and effect is anything but obvious. On the personal level, our inner conflicts are held within our persona. On the world scale, the conflicts have an archetypal expression for all to reflect upon. For those who are personally involved in world conflicts, there is both. During a guided meditation I had an experience which hinted at these relationships. The group was being directed to focus on a world leader, and see what we could sense. This was during the time of the Bosnia ethnic cleansing. I focused on Miloeseviac. As I did so, I could sense he felt he did not have the right to existence. His "ethnic cleansing" was a mirror of his hatred for himself, and his desire to get rid of all that was not pure and true. The guide then asked me, "Why do you think that you picked up on that? I felt into myself, and I realized there was a part of me that felt I did not have the right to existence either. Over the following years, I have realized there is a lot of shame and guilt for all my small and large failings, and the harm that I have caused others in various ways. For the most part, and I don't think I am alone in this, it is what we as humans do, we push these feelings of shame and guilt down into our subconscious and disown them because they feel so awful. Then through the mirroring process with lots of twists and turns, those feelings and beliefs get projected outward upon others. Desiring and choosing to heal means at some point we must come to terms with all that we are and have done over our many, many lives. While I am certainly oversimplifying a complex situation, Miloeseviac's self hatred is projected outward onto people of various ethnic backgrounds. He believes his "ethnic cleansing" is enacted under the noble ideal that he is getting rid of that which is unpure and should not exist...about himself! He holds a mirror for me and the world to see our own self hatred for all our transgressions. He mirrors power motivated by shame and guilt for his previous transgressions against others, and the resulting belief and vulnerability that he has no right to existence because of those actions. If we search within ourselves we can find the personal beliefs and emotions which these outer conflicts are mirroring for us. For each that will be unique, and there can be collective themes as well. Stated collectively, on an inner level there is guilt and shame for humanity's transgressions against one another. On a personality level, that shame and guilt goes underground, but there is strong desire to atone for our mistakes which may manifest as a desire to eradicate that which is unpure, and return to a state of innocence and purity. If I can heal my own relationship to these core issues, I will not need to project the inner conflict outward upon others. One aspect of our collective healing, and the hoped for embodiment and manifestation of Love, is for each individual to become conscious of what these outer conflicts in our personal relationships and the world are mirroring within our psyche. Then we can take the personal steps to heal the beliefs and emotions which these conflicts are embodying. The End
Giving Voice to Our Emotions Through Raymond Wolf Once again opening the centers, attuning, listening, expressing energy, consciousness, and the Mother. Allow Her her rightful and divine place within the grand scheme, and within each of you. She has been bridled, squelched, under valued, and suppressed on many levels and in many ways. There are many reflections: discover these reflections within yourself, seeing their mirror in society, and when possible, see their reflection in even higher octaves or relationship with Source. Healing the emotional body is of utmost importance. Many have not included the emotional in their quest for spiritual understanding and healing. The emotional has been left out, judged, and not given its rightful place within your being. The emotions have been considered something to overcome, and something which hinders your spiritual progress. Both body and emotions have been judged heavily against on the path for spiritual enlightenment. It is a relatively new understanding, that of integrating the body and the emotions into your total beingness and expression as spirit. Spirit is one very important and significant aspect of your being, but other parts are equally important and significant, and they work as whole if you will. Indeed, they are a whole, and you need each of them to be whole. You need each of them to express the totality of your being, which has often been symbolized as only spirit. Spirit is not whole without the emotional, and it is not whole without body in this context either, body as manifestation. The "creation" is part of Spirit. So we are using the word spirit in two different ways. One meaning is to equate spirit with Wholeness, the Oneness as Deity. The other is to define spirit as the eternal invisible essence aspect of Deity. From your physical incarnated reference, each individual has an unseen eternal essence which has been called spirit. From another perspective, spirit is one part of Deity, the Oneness, along with the Mother and Body. Hence some of the difficulty in terminology. Each might define spirit slightly differently, and attribute different qualities to spirit. What is important is the recognition of all aspects of your being. Recognize that there is Wholeness and Oneness, and there is fragmentation or division, such as the colors contained within the white light, or your four bodies (physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual), within the wholeness of yourself as a divine presence. This division process is for learning, is for development, is for evolution, and for a myriad of other purposes. One of the significant tasks now is reclaiming that which has been denied or pushed out of your being, or that which you no longer identify with, but which indeed is a part of you. This is what is needed so desperately at this time for individuals. This process requires the restructuring of the way you perceive yourself, and your many selves. Once again, what you have pushed out is reflected to you in your relationships and in society. These mirrors-reflections are your teaching tools, where you can face that which you have judged, pushed away, or is no longer a part of you in one way or another. This is of utmost importance and significant work. No matter what body of work you use to lead yourself into your psyche, the healing work of your psyche is much the same. There are various models which embrace various levels of the healing, and they can be related and mutually supportive of one another. Using the channeler as an example, doing Voice Dialogue is very compatible with channeling. In Voice Dialogue you attune to parts and give them voice discovering their beliefs and values. In the channeling process you can attune to the the voice of your soul, monad, or others and discover the beliefs which are held in your unconscious, or subconscious, and the beliefs which have been held through many lifetimes. All this is very connected work. We know many of you are intrigued by the big metaphysical questions. Of course you can always pick up a metaphysical treaty and give your mental body a good workout, much like your body enjoys a good swim in the pool, or a walk in the woods. Your mental bodies delight in speculating about the nature and structure of the universe, which laws apply to which dimensions, and how each of them functions and how they are interrelated. However, for you as individuals there is nothing of greater significance that you can give your attention to at this time than that which embraces your own healing. Aspects of your healing include the embracing of your vulnerability and your power, the freeing up of your will and feelings, and the reclaiming of that which has been pushed out of your being and judged against for one reason or another. As you accomplish this bit by bit, the doors of perception will continue to open for you, and that will delight your mental body which can then bring through experiences of greater understanding to your physical incarnation. Indeed these four bodies are all wonderfully magically and mutually supportive when allowed to be. There is incredible synergy and integration between each of the four bodies, and all these aspects of yourself. What was causal in one aspect of your being on one of its many levels, radiated out to the other levels, other aspects of you. Because of how that "causality" was perceived and experienced by other aspects of your being, judgment has resulted. This created a lack of cohesiveness between the bodies, and you as waking personalities not having the totality of your being available to you. Paying attention to your emotional body, allowing it to lead and speak more, is a divine gift to yourself. It may take a bit of time to truly hear it, and for it to move enough for you to be able to hear it, to offer its suggestions knowing that it will be supported and not further harnessed for its outlandish ideas or impulses. Of course being aware of that which would suppress your emotions or judge against them is of equal importance. Equal in this sense; as you become aware of that which suppresses your being, as well as that which is being suppressed, this gives you a grand opportunity for healing that relationship. This is something most do not want to become aware of, how they are oppressors of themselves: their vulnerabilities, their passions, or what they feel as their hopes and aspirations in life. But there are aspects of you which do, or all would be living a more enlivened life in alignment with their joy, their beingness. Your joy would be more readily manifested if there were not parts of you suppressing that manifestation. For as has been aptly said, because that which is held within you has been adequately charged, you draw those events into your life, or there are beliefs and emotions which shape that which transpires in your life. They can be from very obvious ones, so basic that you assume they are truths about reality, to beliefs and feelings which are completely invisible to you. Exploring these beliefs and emotions, becoming conscious of them and mapping their psychic psychological threads and how they manifest in your life, is once again, grand work. It is not so easy, and it takes time. However, as it becomes more valuable to you to do this work, perhaps giving your time to it will be seen as valuable. We know there are many distractions in the world which seem much more fun to do. But I can assure you, you will have more fun with your life as you heal yourselves. And while it is time consuming work, as far as I can tell, it is the most direct path to truly enjoying your existence. Ah so we did indeed show up for your session, following your lead in what you are working with, as well as offering our words of what we hope are wisdom and support for your being, for your healing, your evolution, for creating the highest good for all upon the earth, and of course, for healing the earth. Your healing, both as individuals and collectively, radiates outward in a most glorious manifestation of color and sound through the solar system, (which I know you are eager to hear and see). With the building of the thoughtforms of healing and unconditional love, you too will find the time and effort you put into it will delight your being. Angels sing in harmony and in consort with the divine blueprint, thoughtform, song, which is envisioned. Adding your voice to that chorus resounds throughout the system, and is eagerly anticipated and longed for. How is that? Do I portray a picture of what is possible? What is very, very real once your inner sights are open. But your hearts can open now to that potential, and to that love. You can feel it, and you can allow it to blossom within you and guide you...and you can share it with others. And so the chorus builds, and it is glorious beyond belief. Well, with that, let us say our three Oms. Om...Om...Om... Edited channeling March, 2004
