Congrats to the Fog of War website for its Webby win. The website is truly a great experience, even though I loathe Flash websites. If you're one of those empty souls who weren't able to see the movie in a theatre, at least visit the website for a modicum of the theatrical experience.

I've linked to Real Live Preacher over on the right for some time now, but I don't think enough of you are checking out his fine work. Every now and then he'll scribe a turn of phrase that pierces the gloom of my mind with a magnesic intensity, like yesterday's entry and this gem:

Small children are so busy cramming all the new things they experience into their very limited set of categories that they really don't have time to worry about clerical errors. With scores of new ideas pouring in every day, they just file them as quickly as possible. Later, when the incoming ideas have slowed to reasonable pace, there's time to organize and do a better job of sorting things out.

Thank God for the Real Live Preacher.
