I've been arguing with myself over the current Bush-hating dialogue that's readily available lately. I couldn't decide where I sit on the issue--do I merely disagree with some of his policies, or is it something deeper than that? Is that appropriate?

Fortunately, the President was kind enough to point me in the right direction merely two sentences into his remarks before the news conference last night:

This has been tough weeks in [Iraq].

Via BBspot, a column describing Microsoft's potential arc into the future by way of their current delightfully brilliant practices:

A company wanted to hold off on upgrading Microsoft Office for a year in order to do other projects. So Microsoft gave a 'free' copy of the new Office to the CEO -- a copy that of course generated errors for anyone else in the firm reading his documents. The CEO got tired of getting the 'please re-send in XX format' so he ordered other projects put on hold and the office upgrade to be top priority.
