Residential projects include
custom single family houses,
additions, renovations, and the creation and customization of prototype designs
for developers and builders of single family homes and townhouses.
We find that every new project poses its own unique challenges. Our experience allows us to
meet those challenges, and formulate a design that meets a client's current and future needs and budget.
We believe that no one understands a client's needs and desires better than the client;
the Architect should be a catalyst through which those needs and desires can be clarified,
refined, and ultimately transformed into three dimensional space. Further, a design should be site
specific, taking into account existing conditions, topography, solar and wind orientation,
surrounding views, and neighborhood context. Materials should be selected with a respect given to their
nature and long term maintenance costs.
