We define a custom home as a dwelling designed for a specific location to meet the unique requirements
of an individual client. A custom home can be as small as a tiny efficiency apartment or as large as
the imagination allows.
Our method is to work closely with the client to transform their needs, desires and ideas into a
living space. We typically begin with the client's concepts, develop those ideas graphically and
suggest alternative approaches. As the design materializes, we work with the client to refine the
ideas, select finishes and materials and maximize value.
Architectural styles are constantly changing, but good design is timeless. Rather than duplicate a
design that was produced for the tastes and lifestyles of an earlier time, we work within a number of
vocabularies, using universal design principles to produce a result that will be as special 30 years
from now as it is today.
