Aitken-Sadlik Architects offers the option of construction management services to select
clients.
This option provides greater project flexibility and a more precise accounting of costs
to the owner than a typical construction contract.
Our service begins with a determination of overall project costs through the collection of
competitively bid subcontractor and supplier pricing for each part of the construction process.
We then obtain the necessary building permits and contract with individual subcontractors to
perform each stage of the work. As construction proceeds, Aitken-Sadlik Architects provides
on-site supervision, coordination and management.
Our fees may be pre-negotiated or determined on a cost plus basis. Prices, subcontracts, expenses,
fees, and costs are always available for the client's inspection. An accounting of costs and
expenditures is presented to the client at selected intervals. This budget review provides the
client maximum flexibility and a clear picture of where each construction dollar is spent.
