Richard L. Aitken Jr.
Mr. Aitken has been involved in the design and construction industry for over three
decades. Past projects include single family detached homes, townhomes and mixed-use
buildings in fourteen states from the eastern seaboard to Hawaii. His architectural
abilities are supplemented by several years of 'hands-on' construction experience, which
promotes a comprehensive understanding of the construction process.
Mr Aitken has degrees in architecture from the Catholic University of America in
Washington, DC. He is a registered architect in Maryland and the District of Columbia and
holds a Certificate from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
Paul J. Sadlik
Mr. Sadlik has nearly 30 years experience working with regional architecture and
engineering firms.
His resume includes commercial, industrial, governmental and residential projects of both
a regional and national scope. His broad range of experience gives him an insight that
blends aesthetic design with its functional and technical underpinnings.
Mr. Sadlik's formative years were spent overseas as a member of a foreign service
family, living in such locations as New Delhi, Munich, Bamako and Vientiane.
Mr. Sadlik has architectural degrees from the University of Virginia and Catholic
