This is the south roof of 2512. The original cut shingles are under a few layers of roll roofing.

The roll roofing is to be removed and disposed of. The existing shingles will be removed from the 1 x 4 skiplap sheathing. All good shingles will be saved, nails removed, to be reused on the skirting of 2516 or any of the 3 shedd roofs.

New cut shingles, matching the original's dimensions as closely as possible, will be used to reroof the 3 Cottage roofs.

Care will be taken not to damage any of the roof structure or any elements below.

The chimneys will be repointed and flashed before the new roofing is completely installed.
