We will be launching the server for Beta testing this week, around 8pm PST until it comes down, each night. We have several things we want to test out, including trade skills, sub races, and general geography. Although we will have it posted later, we want to list the available sub races now:

Tom has been churning out geography like a mad man. We have quite a bit more real estate than last launch, we've gone from having about 14 exterior areas to over 20, with each individual area having much more detail and more natural design. Interior areas are next, which are much smaller and easier to slap together. With some quest changes and some final testing and polish, the server should be launching around the end of next week or so. Hope you all think it's worth it.

Well, for those of you that have played the server for a while, you know the story. The server was up... the server went down... and has stayed down for a while now hehe. Well, I'm happy to report that we've recovered all of the data from the old module build, and we'll be integrating what we want to keep over this next week, modifying anything we want different, and the whole should be greater than the sum of the parts. =)
Oh by the way, here is the first-person camera patch that I kept promising to upload. I know Laokan put a link to it on the main message board, but this will be something easier to find.

I will also be posting all of the rule changes for the server on this site as soon as they're finalized. There are many things that are different, the rules on resting, dying, eating and drinking (neither existed before hehe), level advancement and experience, summoned creatures and familiars, and a whole lot more. People who played on the server before, and people who have played NWN on other modules such as the single player campaign may be a bit confused by all of the rule changes, but we'll walk you through it and you'll soon see (hopefully) that these changes make for a better persistant world. The geography of the world is also slightly changed, and there will be a map up here soon. In addition to the changed rules, we have also added a whole new set of abilities that did not exist before, thanks to the Hard Core Rules set that we've been working with. With it, we have a whole new set of available player emote animations, a working Tracking system, Tradeskills such as Gemcutting and Jewelcraft, Blacksmithing, Weaponsmithing, Leatherworking and Armorcraft, Scrollcraft, and a few more. =) So for all of you that played the server before the crash... think of it as Beta hehe. We've gone far beyond it now, and look forward to seeing your reactions to the new and improved campaign!

The Kujikage Server Premiere is coming soon! Keep an eye out on the Message Board for the date and time! We've been working hard on this module, and expect it to last a long time, but that depends on whether or not we can keep your interest. Always feel free to send an email to the Contact Us link with any feedback or suggestions!
