Log onto the redback and run the following command:

how is the customer provisioned?

[local]spkdsl>sho sub addr
these will give you info about what pvc and IP address this user is bound
too. if you see ANYTHING out of the ordinary here, its worth looking
into.
[local]spkdsl>sho atm pvc 3/0 0 1006
This shows the stats for the pvc 0.1006, such as bytes received, bytes
sent, and crc errors.
note: ATM ping always fails for 144 lines
