It is an interesting codicil that the recently issued "Starr Report" (a record of the impeachment proceedings against President Bill Clinton, compiled by Special Prosecutor Kenneth Starr) is in itself in violation of the CDA, and it's successor the COPA; and the government officials repsonsible for posting and maintaining this document on the web would be subject to the penalties described therein.

If you wish to challenge yourself, push your boundaries a bit, you are welcome inside. If you do enter this site and find yourself offended and indignant, keep it to yourself and go away. Any response that i receive complaining about the "offensive" nature of the content of this site will be summarily ignored. Repeated such responses from the same individual, group of individuals, or organization will be regarded as harrassment and appropriate measures will be taken.

If you are of an age proscribed by your local authorities from viewing material of this nature (ie, you are a "minor" or other restricted person) or are subject to other laws or regulations prohibiting or restricting your viewing of this site, you are welcome to enter and enjoy all that i have placed on this site. Hopefully, it will help you develop a more open-minded attitude toward life; and possibly learn to think for yourself.

However, i would recommend taking appropriate precautions when accessing this site to prevent yourself from discovery and undue harassment by parents or authorities; unless, of course, that is your goal. It is generally advisable to delete the cache and history files in whatever web-browser you are currently using when you have finished browsing; in order to prevent others from determining what materials you have viewed. There is a means to do so under "preferences" or "options" and "cache" in most current web browsers. If not, simply locating the directory where your browser keeps its cache files and manually deleting them, as well as any shortcuts your operating system may make, will generally ensure untraceable browsing.

If you are a parent and are concerned that what your children are accessing on the Internet or World Wide Web does not accord with your values and standards, don't come whining to me about it, i don't care. I do not recommend using filtering software or services since it has been proven that these do not effectively filter objectionable material; but do block access to many non-objectionable sites, especially those related to breast cancer, prostate cancer, other health issues, abortion, and sexuality issues in politics. Many also filter out sites that are critical of their software and services (CyberSitter being an example).
