Chris Osburn--Philosophy
This area is under construction. The philosophical implications
of a philosophy under construction are left as an exercise for
the alert pupil.
- De gustibus non disputandem est
- Dryers get a bum wrap. Ask your washer where those
socks are.
- Art should be scary. It's there to make you think,
and if you don't think and lose an arm instead, well
then you've learned something.
- Copyright: Copyright shall vest in the creator of a
work until the creator's death. Upon the death of
the creator, the rights of the work will vest in
- The creator's spouse, if living
- the creator's dependent children, if living
and less than twenty-three (23) years of age and
until all such children reach twenty-three (23)
years of age.
Corporations or partnerships creating copyrightable works
will hold rights for the shortest of:
- The lifetime of the corporation or partnership
- The date the corporation or partnership ceases
to maintain due diligence on the work (e.g. lets the
work go out of print)
- Seventeen (17) years
Upon cessation of copyright, the work becomes part of
the public domain. Anything beyond these limits is
Information Larceny.
