The upper stairs on Vine Street. The Growing Vine Street Cistern Steps start here. The stairs are from the 1906 houses that were on the P-Patch site till 1968.

The Belltown P-Patch was created from a seed, an idea. That seed grew and was incorporated into the 'bean' in the center of the gardens. The bean connects to the neighborhood through Growing Vine Street and Cottage Park.
